Delicious and easy to follow

January 27, 2024

I recently completed the course and it’s been an amazing journey. Chef Robert’s instructions are clear and easy to follow. I’ve always wanted to make authentic Ramen and Pho, and this course made it possible. The gluten-free adaptations are brilliant and don’t compromise on taste at all. Highly recommend to anyone looking to expand their culinary skills!

Awesome lessons!

July 16, 2023

Finally, I can cook traditional Asian gluten free meals right at home, instead of looking for restaurants in different parts of the city. Masterpieces such as ramen, dumplings, fried rice and cauliflower are just perfect recipes for me, because I could not find anything on the Internet that would be of the same high level. And of course, the wonderful matcha latte tea, which I simply adore and can now drink it at least every day.

Thanks for the great video and great recipes!

Fabulous cooking experience

July 15, 2023

I’ve just finished this course and I’d like to share a few thoughts about it. The teacher explains all the steps very clear and in details. I’m not a chef at all but I managed to follow all the recipes and to cook the dishes I thought I wasn’t able to cook at home. And they are all gluten free, which was actually the main thing for me when choosing this course. So don’t be scared, give yourself a chance)))) I absolutely love it and definitely recommend!!!
